Refund Policy

Effective date: 3 June 2025

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from Professional Data Projects (“PDP“). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for our digital courses, live training, consulting services, and any other products (“Services”) offered through our websites or authorized sales channels.


1. General Principles

  • Transparency: We clearly state the refund window, conditions, and method in advance.

  • Fair Use: Refunds exist to protect genuine buyers, not to enable free consumption of substantial course content.

  • Local Law Compliance: This Policy follows applicable Indian consumer‑protection laws and global best practices for digital goods.


2. Refund Eligibility

Custom Projects & ServicesRefunds assessed case‑by‑case (milestone‑based)• Governed by the Statement of Work (“SOW”).

Note: After the applicable window closes, all sales are final and non‑refundable.


3. Non‑Refundable Items & Scenarios

  1. Downloaded or “Consumed” Content: If you have accessed ≥ 20 % of lessons, received proprietary source code, or downloaded datasets/templates, we cannot grant a refund.

  2. Partial Completion: Requests made after course completion or certification issuance are ineligible.

  3. Promotional / Discounted Purchases: Sales marked “Final,” “No Refund,” or purchased at ≥ 75 % discount are non‑refundable.

  4. No‑Shows: Failure to attend a live session without written cancellation ≥ 24 hours prior forfeits eligibility.

  5. Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback automatically voids refund eligibility. We reserve the right to block future access.


4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at team@professionaldataprojects.com or open a ticket in your LMS dashboard within the eligibility window.

  2. Provide:

    • Full name and registered email

    • Order ID / invoice number

    • Course or Service name

    • Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)

  3. Response time: We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve within 7 business days.

We may request additional information (e.g., screenshots, progress reports) to verify eligibility.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

  • Processing times vary by provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

  • International transactions may experience additional delays due to intermediary banks.


6. Exchanges & Deferrals

  • You may opt to transfer the fee to another upcoming batch or course of equal value instead of receiving a cash refund.

  • One deferral per purchase is allowed; subsequent deferrals incur a 10 % administrative fee.


7. Exceptional Circumstances

PDP reserves the right to grant refunds outside the standard windows in cases of verified medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Any material changes will be posted on our website and, where feasible, notified to active students via email. Continued use of Services after changes signify acceptance.
